Manda Bay Rooms
Manda Bay has 16 cottages built sustainability out of the local materials with Sea facing rooms and Garden rooms
The bedrooms are cottages constructed with local materials in the traditional coastal style, with palm
thatch roofs and woven matting covering the floor.
There are sixteen rooms facing the ocean. The bathrooms have twin basins, flushing toilets and hot
showers. Of these, seven rooms have king-size double beds and nine rooms that can be made into
double or twin beds. There are six garden rooms, which have twin beds and single wash hand basin,
toilet and shower en-suite.
All the rooms look out over the calm waters of Manda Bay, Pate Island and Manda Toto. All children
are allocated in ‘sea-view’ rooms unless they pay adult-sharing rates. All of the rooms have direct
access to the beach. Extra beds are available on request.
Exclusive use of the lodge is based on a minimum of 21 rooms booked.
