The Loisaba Starbeds are located among a kopje of rocks in one of the Eastern Valleys, overlooking the Kiboko Dam. Home to a resident hippo family and a main water source for passing game, the Starbeds bring you close to nature.

Unique to Loisaba, the Starbeds are an African adventure in themselves – handcrafted four-poster beds which sit on wheels are rolled out onto raised wooden platforms so that guests can sleep under the endless African night sky.
Built on a rocky kopje, the Loisaba Star Beds command sweeping views over an undulating valley and a permanent waterhole, frequented by resident wildlife.
The main communal area at the Starbeds offers a cosy and homely dining room, sitting room and a wooden deck – which is the perfect spot for a sunny breakfast. Guided and hosted by a team of traditional Samburu and Laikipia Maasai Warriors this cultural experience will most definitely be a memorable one.

Star Beds (3 rooms)
Elewana Loisaba Star Beds has 3 ensuite Double Star Bed Platforms. Each comprises a main area with wardrobe, seating area and safe which sits under a thatch roof. A large balcony extends out, and the Star Bed can either sit under the thatched roof of the accommodation, or be wheeled out to rest under the night sky.
Each ensuite room is distinctively designed around the natural features of the hill. A bathroom with solar-heated hot shower and flush toilet has a unique layout in each room.
Star Bed (Family) (1 room)
The ensuite Family Star Bed platform has two double beds pushed out onto two separate platforms extending from the room. The arrangement is suitable for families with young children.
